The Silicon Cube's main computer area houses the supercomputer, with the mainframe cabinets arranged in three layers, facing each other in two rows of cabinet frames, supporting up to 66 cabinet positions and 6 aisle cabinets; the dimensions of the Silicon Cube supercomputer are 8.44m × 8.44m× 8.5m, and it is enclosed by a glass curtain wall structure, with the specifications of the glass curtain wall being 14.5m× 14.5m× 9.8m, serving as the external physical security shield for the computer.

The peripheral supporting area of the Silicon Cube is equipped with chillers, cooling towers, and other related equipment.

The area occupied by the auxiliary support area of the Silicon Cube is determined based on the construction interface and the grade of the computer room, with the general depth of the underground pit being 6 to 8 meters.

The mainframe area and auxiliary area of the Silicon Cube serve as the standard construction scope of the Silicon Cube, while the peripheral supporting functional area is optional and can be constructed uniformly or by the user as the site supporting conditions for the Silicon Cube device.
