Product Introduction

The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is a product designed to provide power distribution for cabinet-mounted equipment. Based on different functions, installation methods, and various socket combinations, it can provide suitable rack-based power distribution solutions for different power source environments, divided into two major series: general-purpose and intelligent. Managing power through PDUs features overload cut-off protection and multiple circuit protection functions, which can prevent hazards such as overload high temperature, lightning strikes, and electrical surges, thereby maximizing the product's safety factor. In addition, intelligent PDUs can help users achieve unattended operation, saving labor costs and effectively reducing management and maintenance costs, offering high cost performance.

Universal PDU

According to CCC/CE/UL/FCC/VED standard design, with national standard, new national standard, IEC standard and other specifications socket selection, optional three-phase three-color socket, load balance at a glance

Can realize a variety of input forms such as double input, IEC socket input, front panel input, rear input, end input, etc.

Optional 10A, 16A and industrial coupler plug specifications;

Standardized design, convenient and reliable installation performance, installation is very simple, at least 2 screws, can be fixed firmly;

Metal shell, durable, cooling block;

The use of flame retardant engineering plastics, high temperature resistance, assured use;

Multiple circuit protection functions: lightning strike, surge protection;

Maximum impulse current: 20KA or higher;

Limit voltage: ≤500V or lower;

Overload protection: provides overload protection at both poles, which can effectively prevent problems caused by overload;

Anti-misoperation: The main control switch is equipped with a protective cover to prevent accidental closure, and provides optional dual routes.

Intelligent PDU

High safety factor and cost savings: Managing power through PDUs comes with overload cut-off protection and multiple circuit protection functions, which can prevent hazards such as overload high temperature, lightning strikes, and electrical surges, thereby maximizing the product's safety factor.

Real-time power monitoring with automatic alarm protection: It can monitor power supply voltage, current, active power, reactive power, and frequency in real time, facilitating users to grasp and manage various power equipment. When a system fault occurs or the total load current exceeds the system set value, it will automatically send alarms through text messages, emails, and phone calls.

Support for remote control for easy management: Capable of accessing a local area network or the internet, users can remotely control the PDU via a computer and query, connect, disconnect, or restart the power supply of each device on its downstream ports, completely breaking free from the constraints of distance and location.

Flexible strategy management: Based on the usage of various power equipment, users can customize configuration strategies. With centralized management and automatic periodic control based on user-defined strategies and monitoring data, multiple devices can be managed simultaneously in one interface, and the power on/off cycle can be set autonomously, which is convenient and practical.

Energy measurement and energy consumption evaluation: Manage the electricity consumption of electrical equipment, calculate the power factor, and evaluate the energy consumption of power equipment. If the power factor is low and the electricity loss is significant during transmission, or if there is a sudden surge in electricity usage, the PDU can adjust the power supply state of the equipment through settings and send alerts to users via text messages and emails.
