Scheme Introduction

SLIQUID GLOBAL's air-cooled data center room, the intelligent cascade micro-module C1000, is introduced for the heat dissipation problem of medium and high density IT equipment. C1000 is installed in a row of racks. The hot air and cold air aisles are closed.

The C1000 is a comprehensive solution that integrates the rack, power distribution, cooling, and monitoring systems. C1000 not only solves the heat dissipation problem of high-density IT equipment, but also optimizes internal power distribution, cable management and monitoring.

Solution Features

Precision Structure
Precision Structure with an aluminum magnesium alloy profile frame, characterized by high dimensional accuracy, high structural strength, and an overall good texture. The rack appearance is designed by a national-level industrial design center, which endows the rack with a very strong visual effect
High Cooling Efficiency
Using aisle-based air conditioning for close horizontal air supply, which places the cold source closer to IT equipment. This results in a shorter air circulation path and less heat loss, thereby increasing the cooling efficiency.
Eco-Friendly and Energy-Saving
The cold and hot aisles are closed inside, so that the cold and hot air are effectively isolated.Improve energy efficiency by 10-15% compared with traditional machine rooms;
The air conditioning system adopts full frequency conversion design.Energy efficiency increases by 5-10% compared to conventional air-conditioning systems.
Low Noise
The rack is completely enclosed, which can effectively reduce noise. The air conditioning system adopts an external compressor design, that is, the compressor is located outside the air conditioner, which can also reduce the impact on vibration and noise in the equipment room.
High Cooling Capacity
High cooling capacity, with a maximum power density of 30kW per rack, which allows for more concentrated equipment, less data center floor space, and easier management.
Safe and Reliable
The rack is equipped with an automatic door opening protection system. When overtemperature or smoke alarm occurs, the front and rear doors of the rack can be automatically opened to ensure IT device security.
Easy to Expand Capacity
Modular design, can greatly reduce the amount of on-site construction, shorten the construction period, but also make the expansion of the Data Center Room more flexible and convenient, according to the initial capital situation and actual needs, phased planning and construction of the Data Center Room.
Intelligent Management
The micro-module is integrated with a monitoring and management system, which can monitor the internal micro-environment and equipment operating parameters and status in real time, and send an alarm in time when abnormal conditions occur, making operation and maintenance more simple and convenient.

Application Scenario

C1000 is mainly used in supercomputing centers and intelligent computing centers. Supports multiple cooling modes such as liquid cooling and air cooling.
