Product Introduction
The data center enclosed channel system achieves green energy saving by sealing cold/hot channels and is an effective method to solve the high energy consumption of data center cooling systems. Under the premise of the same cooling effect, compared with the traditional open cold and hot channels, the indoor fan speed of the air conditioner is reduced from 100% to 30% in the enclosed cold channel, and the fan power consumption is reduced by 90%; at the same time, the fan speed is reduced, the air flow speed slows down, the air flow absorbs more heat, and the return air temperature is increased to 37℃. In addition, the temperature under the raised floor is increased to be close to the server inlet temperature, and the temperature gradient between the airflow temperature under the raised floor and the server inlet temperature is very small.
The enclosed cold aisle is based on the principle of orderly flow of separated cold and hot air. Cold air enters the sealed cold pool aisle, where the equipment at the front of the cabinets draws in the cold air, cools the equipment, and then forms hot air that is exhausted from the rear of the cabinets into the hot aisle. The air in the hot aisle quickly returns to the air conditioning return air intake.
The enclosed channel system, in combination with the cabinets, mainly consists of channel end doors and channel ceiling panels. The channel end doors are designed with frameless tempered glass that is shock-resistant and has high light transmittance, presenting a beautiful, simple, and technologically advanced aesthetic. The channel ceiling panels are composed of fixed panels, flip-up panels, and functional panels. Both the fixed and flip-up panels use frameless tempered glass. When the channel ceiling panels are closed, they form an integrated skylight panel with excellent light transmittance, creating a sense of openness and providing a 'panoramic sunroof' like premium comfort experience. The functional panels integrate various sensor installation spaces, providing basic conditions for the intelligent monitoring of the enclosed channel.
Technical Features
- High Flexibility
- Each functional component can be installed and removed independently, and can be connected to adjacent units, offering high flexibility. It also facilitates maintenance and management of other equipment on the channel.
- Strong Safety Features
- The unit modules on the top of the passage are made of transparent, shock-resistant, and explosion-proof tempered glass, which will not significantly affect the light requirements inside the passage after installation.
- Convenient Installation
- Adopting a modular design approach, functional modules can be combined as needed to meet the diverse requirements of different user scenarios; modularity makes installation more convenient and faster.
- Outstanding Sealing Quality
- The unit modules on the top of the passage are tightly connected, featuring an excellent structural design, ensuring excellent sealing of the enclosed passageway and effectively preventing air leakage; magnetic silicone sealing strips are installed on the edges of the door and window components, completely sealing the gaps of the doors and windows.
- High degree of automation
- The system is equipped with automatic components, capable of operating autonomously, effectively preventing the loss of cold air due to the inadvertent leaving of doors open by personnel.
- Diversity
- Provide different system modules according to the varying needs of the customer's site, capable of adapting to different cold and hot aisle enclosure scenarios, suitable for both single-row and double-row configurations.
Main Function
Access Control Function
You can configure an access control card reader with card swiping and password functions to manage access permissions to the passageway, and support optional features such as fingerprint recognition and facial recognition access control devices.
Automatic Retraction upon Obstacle Encounter
The passage's automatic swing doors are equipped with safety beam sensors. If an object or person is in the path of the closing door, causing an obstruction, the door will automatically reverse its motion to prevent damage to the object and injury to the person.
Door Open Button
Inside the passage, flame-retardant PC (Polycarbonate) buttons are installed; pressing the button will cause the automatic door to open.
Interlocking Function
The enclosed passageway can be linked with the fire protection system, and when the monitoring system detects an alarm, it can execute the preset strategy for skylight flipping interlocking.
