Product Introduction

Cold Plate Liquid Cooling in data centers uses a coolant as the medium for cooling, delivering it to the interior of each IT device.

The liquid cooling system utilizes a Manifold at the end to distribute the coolant, employing a design structure of header and collector manifolds along with the installation method of Power Distribution Units (PDUs), seamlessly integrating with server cabinets. It can be installed on the same side or both sides of the liquid-cooled server cabinet.

High-Quality Craftsmanship
The manifold is rinsed with deionized water, dried with hot gas, and subjected to a pressure hold at 1.5 bar of gas before being transported to the site to ensure cleanliness requirements are met.

Secondary Side Prefabricated Piping

The pipeline adopts a prefabricated, de-engineered design, with all equipment modules prefabricated in the factory for rapid assembly at the construction site.
Safe and Reliable
Loop network design, meeting the design standards of Class A data centers, with automatic air-water separation to reduce the risk of corrosion and extend the service life of the secondary side piping.
High-End Quality
The pipeline material is hygienic-grade 304 stainless steel, effectively preventing corrosion and scaling. The sealing material is EPDM, which is compatible with a variety of secondary side coolants.
Operation and Maintenance Friendly
Optional 1-meter graded leak detection cable can be equipped with the pipeline. The leak alarm signal can be uploaded to the upper-level environmental monitoring system and platform, allowing for timely alerts upon detection of issues, facilitating operation and maintenance.
